Canterbury Farms is a neighborhood of 409 homes located in San Antonio, TX , 78228. The neighborhood Association was established as CF Community Association, Inc. by the original builder, Armadillo Homes in 2001. Fieldstone Homes later took over construction and finished out the neighborhood. CF Community Association, Inc. is commonly known as Canterbury Farms Community Association.
This website is designed by the Canterbury Farm Community Association Communications Committee to increase communication with our members, residents of the Canterbury Farms subdivision, San Antonio, Texas. Our goal is to provide information to our members about living in Canterbury Farms, the Community Association, activities, issues and events that affect residents of our neighborhood and resources that can help our members maintain their property values and help to make Canterbury Farms a great place to live.
Through this website you will be able to view our community calendar, view and download copies of the CF Community Association documents such as the Community's Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, Architectural Improvement request forms, learn about getting involved as a community volunteer, and find valuable local resources for residents of all ages.

Your Association
CF Community Association, Inc., commonly known as Canterbury Farms Community Association, was established by our neighborhood's original developer in an effort to foster a harmonious living environment and to preserve property values in Canterbury Farms. The Board of Directors provides the Association with leadership and a sense of direction. The Board develops the Association’s budget, approves and monitors expenditures on an on-going basis. Effectively managing a homeowners association is a complex endeavor. As a result, the Association employs First Service Residential to manage the day-to-day operation of the Association.
Owning a home in Canterbury Farms requires membership in the Association. Assessments are billed and due Quarterly.
All homeowners share the responsibility for adhering to Association deed restrictions, policies and procedures. If you haven’t already done so, please take the time to read through the Association Declaration Covenants Conditions and Restrictions (DCCRs). and other governing documents.
