Social Committee

The Social Committee, along with the Safety Committee, is currently planning a National Night Out Event for Canterbury Farms.

National Night Out, sponsored by National Association of Town Watch and the City of San Antonio, is an annual neighborhood event that aims to promote drug prevention, crime prevention and the strengthening of neighborhood spirit and community-police partnerships.

The Canterbury Farms National Night Out Event, 2010 will be held on Tuesday, October 5th from 5 to 9pm.

Activities will include—

· Block Party

· Bounce House

· Lights on—Turn your porch lights on

· Food

· Non-Alcoholic beverages

· Crafts Activities

· Music

· Prizes

For this event to be a success we need your support, ideas and involvement.
